Coatham Cottage in Barton is such a cozy little hideaway. The room was perfect for our family of four, with a lovely bathroom and a refreshing shower. It made us feel right at home, and we loved every moment of our stay.

I personally would have preferred an extra bathroom in the cottage, but I can see how others might not mind.

Oh, I apologize! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Flat-Screen TV - Who needs a movie theatre when you've got a cozy little retreat like this? With a flat-screen TV at your disposal, you'll feel like you're in a luxury private cinema. Grab some popcorn, kick back, and enjoy the show!

Bigger bin - The only thing that could have made my stay even more perfect would have been a bigger bin in the kitchen. But hey, I'm really just nitpicking here!

Coatham Cottage was an absolute gem! The room was cozy, with a rustic charm that made me feel right at home. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was heavenly after a long day of exploring. As a laid-back traveler, this cottage was the perfect retreat.

The lack of a bathtub. But hey, I know some people prefer a shower anyway!

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The cottage was so clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our trip. The bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing, with fluffy towels. The hosts were so accommodating and communication was fantastic. We loved the little shop next door for snacks and cash. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Plus, the location was perfect for the wedding we attended at Middleton Lodge Estate.

The cottage was like a home away from home, with its clean and tidy atmosphere. the welcoming basket was a sweet touch. the bedrooms were spacious, warm, and had plenty of storage space. the owners, Claire and John, were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. the location next to a convenient store was very convenient for quick snacks and cash. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay.

There really wasn't much to dislike about our stay. If I had to nitpick, it would be great to have a pair of tongs in the kitchen and a bigger bin.

Coatham Cottage had impeccable cleanliness and comfortable beds. It provided everything I needed for my trip, even ice in the freezer. The shower was fabulous and the towels were fluffy.

What's not to love? I guess I could have really used a pair of tongs in the kitchen or a bigger bin, but I'm just being picky.

Absolutely gorgeous property, spotless, stunning comfy beds. Information about taxis and places to go given by the owner. the photos do not do this place enough justice, would highly recommend and stay again and spend more time exploring the area. Everything you need was provided, from milk, tea, coffee, biscuits. Thank you!

No complaints, but wish we could have stayed longer.
