Coatham Cottage in Barton is such a cozy little hideaway. The room was perfect for our family of four, with a lovely bathroom and a refreshing shower. It made us feel right at home, and we loved every moment of our stay.

I personally would have preferred an extra bathroom in the cottage, but I can see how others might not mind.

I always come back for my stay at Coatham Cottage. The staff helped me with late check-in on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV, outdoor dining area. I'm coming back for a city break.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, immaculate cottage. the hosts have thought of everything and the attention to detail was remarkable. the beds were incredibly comfortable and there was ample storage space for all our belongings. We were attending a wedding at Middleton Lodge Estate and the location was perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely consider returning for a relaxing break. the hospitality provided by the hosts was outstanding, with thoughtful touches such as extra supplies and a stocked fridge.
